We understand that insurance can be perplexing, and we will check your insurance info and health benefits before you arrive, as a courtesy to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Our Hampstead, Sneads Ferry, or Topsail Beach, NC physical therapy clinic also provides a private pay plan for patients who do not have health insurance or who have exhausted their benefits. Hampstead Topsail Physical Therapy or Sneads Ferry Physical Therapy charges a self-pay fee of $90 for an initial evaluation and $75 per visit thereafter.
