Tiffany Miers, PT, LPTA
Paula Rock, PT
Paula Rock graduated from Quinnipiac College Hamden, CT in 1994 with a BS in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings over the years before joining the Hampstead Physical Therapy team in 2012. Paula enjoys working with patients of all ages and orthopedic diagnosis. Paula believes in a comprehensive approach to therapy treating the whole body with flexibility, strengthening and corrective exercises in addition to manual treatment and biofeedback to obtain optimal results. She is a certified Functional Movement Specialist and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Practitioner through Rock Tape. Also certified in kinesio taping, medical and orthopedic massage and has attended numerous continuing education courses in other manual treatment including spinal and joint mobilizations. She also performs running gait analysis and provides treatment interventions for anyone training for their first 5K or 100 miler. She lives in Hampstead with her husband and daughter. Paula enjoys running, triathlon and spending time at the beach with her family.
Erika Finn, PT
Erika Finn graduated from Shenandoah University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, home health, acute care, and skilled nursing. Erika has a special interest in women’s health and treating pelvic floor dysfunction. She is also a pregnancy and postpartum correct exercise specialist. Erika believes in a comprehensive and individualized approach to therapy and finding the why/root cause of a person’s primary complaint. Erika recently moved to the area from Pittsburgh, PA and is excited to help improve the quality of life of her community’s members. Erika enjoys working
out and spending time with her fiancé and dog either on their boat or at the beach.
